We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR) to join our Human Resources department. The role involves overseeing full-cycle recruiting for our sales division on a global scale. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and implementing selection procedures. The ideal candidate will develop long-term recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and foster relationships with key stakeholders and potential hires to streamline recruitment processes and reduce time-to-fill.
Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks).
Identify critical, niche positions and proactively build a talent pipeline.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening and in-person interviews.
Assess candidate information using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Develop job descriptions and interview questions tailored to position requirements.
Utilize metrics to generate reports and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in reputable companies, with experience in a recruitment firm specializing in Pharma, Medical Devices, & Healthcare sectors.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of roles within Pharma and Medical Devices domains.
