The incumbent will be supporting PM CoE in design, delivery and coordination of Technical Programmes.
Key responsibilities:
- Visit site, interact with key stakeholders and develop strong understanding of unique programmes where PM COE can add value.
- Design Technical Interventions in consultation with Internal & external experts.
- Deliver Technical Programmes where required.
- Interact & Coordinate technical interventions with SBG L&D /Site HR as required.
- E-module administration of LMS for technical training content.
- Develop strong SME (Internal & External) database of technical trainers.
Education & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in an EPC industry
- BE / B.Tech : Mechanical / Electrical
