We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Research Engineer to join us in building next generation Cognitive AI systems. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in developing AI products, utilizing machine learning algorithms, and engineering them to scale effectively. The role involves building AI algorithms starting from data pre-processing to model development and deployment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Develop and implement novel AI algorithms and models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate AI systems.
Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and related fields.
Mentor and guide junior researchers and interns.
Participate in the development of new AI-based products and services.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of AI research strategies and roadmaps.
Identify and address ethical and societal implications of AI technologies.
Develop and maintain research documentation and code repositories.
Collaborate with academic and industry partners on joint research projects.
Secure funding for research projects through grant proposals and partnerships.
Evaluate and integrate new AI tools and technologies into existing workflows
Requirements:
Masters/ Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science.
Proven track record of conducting innovative research in AI.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
5 to 8 years of professional experience in Python development, data science, and machine learning.
Understanding of the generative ai algorithms: Transformers, Temporal Fusion Transformers, and its interpretability
Strong proficiency in Python programming and relevant libraries/modules (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, etc.)
Experience with classification, regression, and forecasting algorithms, along with pre and post-processing techniques
Proficiency in deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of basic statistics and hypothesis testing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
