Min. Qualification (MQ) - Full time Degree / Diploma in HR/IR/MSW from a recognized university
CTC - 4 to 6.5 LPA
Key Deliverables
Direct the organizations training and development activities for the officers/ non-officers’ category in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently.
Analyse and identify the training and development needs of the organisation.
Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programmes and curriculum so that the know-how skills, and performance of employees meet the organizations current and future requirements.
Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.
Requirements
1] The candidate should be proficient in communication and presentation and shall be comfort and confident in dealing with internal customers, having strong problem-solving aptitude for maintaining long-term partnering.
2] Must possess working knowledge on Computers (MS Office)
3] Should have excellent interpersonal & training skills.
