Our team helps organisations realise their business strategy and objectives through their people. As part of the team, you’ll help our clients diagnose their current organisational landscape and people strategy, map a workforce lifecycle and build an engagement story to bring the strategy to life, and implement the supporting infrastructure to ensure that our clients’ business strategy remains aligned and the organisation is engaged with the people strategy.
Role Purpose
The incumbent of this role is a key face of the P&O practice in the market. The focus of the role
is to establish PwC P&O as a partner of choice for clients though
effective solutioning and high impact business delivery.
Experience and Exposure

Experience and Exposure
- 12 years of professional experience in a mix of consulting and corporate roles
- End-to-end human capital subject knowledge with deep knowledge and experience in 1-2
- Deep knowledge of 2-3 industry verticals [ref’s of 3 CHROs]
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong learning intelligence
- Business Development – Mapping the market and independently/jointly identifying and
priorities of the practice. Supporting the key account strategy for the practice. Representing the
P&O point of view in internal [cross-functional, multi-disciplinary] forums.
Contributing to solution definition by weaving together the client’s perspective with PwC’s
expertise and creating/communicating a compelling value proposition for clients.

- Business Delivery – Having end-to-end ownership of client projects from strategic planning,
deliverables/impact. Ensuring adherence to PwC’s risk, quality and delivery excellence
guidelines. Managing cross-functional projects with resources from multiple
geographies, practices. Ensuring adherence to key projects in a project context e.g. knowledge
management, capability building, etc.
- Thought Leadership – Partnering with the larger team to author/curate/contribute in
understand the PwC capability repertoire and look at how to position that in the Indian context
more effectively.
- Team Management – Leading a team of consultants / senior consultants in project contexts as
balancing their aspirations with firm/practice expectations.
