- Database Administration – Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience on L1, L2 production support.
- Must have strong experience.
- Oracle 12c and 19c
- SQL Server 2012, 2016, 2019
- Installation/configuration of database in HA/DR setup, manage backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning, Monitoring and Database scripting.
- Capability to execute basic scripts and complex SQL queries.
- Desired:
- Knowledge/experience on PostgreSQL, DB2.
- Familiar with one of the public cloud offerings.
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Service Now ticketing system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- A proactive and results-driven approach to work
