We are looking for a Product Manager to manage and develop Wines, Spirits & Beverages pressure sensitive label portfolio at UPM Raflatac Films & Specials business unit in EMEIA.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry dynamics, and market gaps to develop the product portfolio in the area of responsibility
  • Gathers and processes information to understand the market demand for their product responsibility area, this includes close contact and collaboration with Sales and Business Development
  • Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure the right product pricing
  • Analyses research results: shares with company to ensure total knowledge and builds learning into product features and benefits
  • Analyses target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
  • Validate product concepts through customer interviews, surveys, and prototype testing via close co-operation with regional organization
  • Ensure the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets via ownership end-use core team
  • Support product launches by delivering insights to marketing collateral, sales training, and customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality, regulatory affairs, supply chain, technical support in order to conduct efficient product portfolio management
  • Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts appropriate training for others within the company
  • Collaborates, participates in, and supports product representation to customers

Who You Are

Additional Information

Location: Preferred location for this position is in Southern Europe (preferably France, Italy or Spain) but any other UPM Raflatac location in EMEIA can be considered (Great Britain, Germany, Poland, etc.).

Regime: Full-time

This position will require traveling.

Workplace type: hybrid
