Process Analyst

The Role:

Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing and implementing optimized processes, will be responsible for designing and implementing new processes to increase efficiency and productivity, documenting processes, workflows, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

Area of Responsibility:

• Analyzing and documenting business processes within the Aero domain
• Identifying areas for process improvement and developing recommendations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Creating process maps, flowcharts and other visual aids using MS Visio
• Conducting training sessions for stakeholders on new processes and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Conducting regular process audits to identify areas for further improvement

Knowledge / Experience:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using tools like MS Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management skills to handle process improvement projects effectively.
