Design and installation of IBM MQ and/or Rabbit MQ and/or IBM SFG, deploying enterprise applications, installation, and configuration.
Provide support to application and developers
Undertake documentation, tracking and resolution of issues, monitor recurring issues and suggest long term solutions for such issues
Participate in and potentially lead projects to implement or enhance development services and automated solutions
Work closely with the business and IT to develop cost effective, operationally supportable solutions that meet complex requirements.
Recommend and design new technologies and solutions, including hardware and software, and provide documentation for projects.
Deliver assignments within specified time frames and adhere to all established standards and guidelines.
Evaluate new technologies to solve business requirements.
Skills And Qualifications
Must have:
Basic knowledge of IBM MQ and/or Rabbit MQ and/or IBM SFG
Basic knowledge of Windows and Unix environments
Analytical and debugging skills
Client focused, must have a strong customer service mentality and ability to work with developers, users, and other staff
Able to work independently and in a team environment while interacting across different groups to accomplish projects
Must be detail and goal oriented and dedicated to accomplishing tasks
Ability to interact with other business lines, managers, technical staff, and senior management.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Minimum of BS in Computer Science and/or related Engineering technologies
Languages: English required. Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
