Director of Finance

We are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee and manage all financial, accounting and IT policies, procedures and operations in the United States. This is the Top Accounting/Finance Position in the company reporting directly to the President/COO with interface with other key members of the Executive Management team! This is a critical role, and will require an onsite work schedule, but flexibility will be provided as needed.

What Makes YOU Successful:

· Leads monthly accounting close process and accurate reporting of financials

· Leads the preparation of the annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts.

· Conducts monthly reviews with departments to review performance to budget and recommend corrective action.

· Provides consolidation reporting, metrics reporting, monthly budget variance analysis and weekly cash flow forecasts to monitor working capital.

· Analyzes manufacturing cost variances and ensures proper valuation of inventories.

· Supervises Accounting Team and manages the IT Department

· Liaison with banks, customers and suppliers as required.

What YOU Must Have:

· Accounting or Finance Degree

· Manufacturing experience with a detailed knowledge of cost accounting at a granular level on things such a material usage, and material price, the understanding of what makes up overhead cost, the components of labor rate and efficiency, and understanding the Lean Manufacturing process.

· Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS

· Experience managing a team of 3 direct reports

· Tier One Automotive or Textile manufacturing experience required

· Must be analytical and learn quickly with an entrepreneurial spirit
