Position Summary
Ensures optimal and reliable performance of telecommunications and VoIP systems including call center systems, voicemail, fax over IP, network infrastructure and telecom expense management.
As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and management of our Microsoft Teams voice environment. To be successful in this role, you must have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Teams voice platform, as well as experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Teams voice services.

Minimum Education And Experience Required
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field and ten (10) years of previous work experience with various levels of CISCO networking hardware in a Microsoft Windows based environment supporting a 24/7 production environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in public transit administration is preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
CCNP or CCNA certification preferred.
Cisco Voice certification
Cisco Routing & Switching certification
Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer
