Position Summary As the Vice President of Integrations , you will have responsibility for coordinating all aspects of new partner practice integrations, including pre-acquisition diligence support, stakeholder relationship building, post-close action items and direct project management either directly or via coordination with other senior leaders. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage integration-related projects associated with new partner practices, ensuring the completion of detailed documentation, checklists, communication plans, timeline management and resource coordination using standardized tools such as SmartSheet, Box, and Microsoft tools including Teams and OneDrive. Guide all involved teams in the appropriate pre and post-close tasks associated with the onboarding of new partner practices. Coordinate post-close lessons learned to improve onboarding and integration processes in future acquisitions. Act as the primary point of contact for incoming partner providers and their designated team members during the post Letter of Intent (LOI) phase through transition to the ongoing SALT HSO support phase. Engage in coordination with other members of the SALT leadership team and/or vendor partners to facilitate information technology project management efforts associated with new partner practice onboarding and integration. Effectively manage resource requirements, workflows, and status updates. Other duties as assigned. 7-10 years of increasing responsibility in administrative, operations, clinical, and leadership roles within small to mid-sized healthcare practices. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or another related discipline. Proven experience with project management of at least 10 acquisitions, new practices, systems conversions, opening practice locations, or the onboarding of newly acquired practice groups. Working knowledge of OSHA, HIPPA, and infection control requirements. Familiarity with common practice information technology systems, practice payment and claims processing systems, Microsoft suite. Demonstrated project management leadership skills and success with cross functional teams. Strong verbal and written communications skills required to build rapport and effectively manage the team through potentially complex transactions. High EQ with experience leading teams through emotionally charged events. Ability to travel approximately 25%, with occasional short-notice based on evolving deal close schedules.
