- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to user interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
- Engage with influencers and manage partnerships to increase brand awareness.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
