About the Role: A Social Media Agent at Brand Avenue is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance the brand's online presence, engage with audiences, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role involves content creation, social media monitoring, and analytics reporting.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to user interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
• Engage with influencers and manage partnerships to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
