We are seeking an experienced mental health strategist to join our Global Wellbeing team. At Salesforce, we recognize everyone has mental health and a mind to protect. We work hard to support all employees and their loved ones, at any point in their mental health continuum, and equip them with the resources and skills to actively self-manage their thoughts, emotions and behaviors so they can get back to thriving at home, mitigate burnout and maximizing their performance at work. We also understand that mental health and wellbeing is a very complex topic so we are seeking a subject matter expert to help drive our work forward more globally, with a healthy focus on India. The Senior Manager of Mental Health and Wellbeing is a resilient and resourceful leader who knows that high employee wellbeing brings sustainable performance to the Organization and is able to show this to the Business groups through rich data and storytelling. This role embraces change, can connect the dots across a fast paced organization and thrives off getting things done while always having their eyes on the bigger, long term goals. This position will report to the Director, Global Wellbeing Design & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
PhD degree in clinical psychology or a related field preferred but not required. 10 years of experience post-degree in clinical psychology, organizational development, strategy consulting, strategy design and development, organizational development, human resources, or a related field. Deep experience in global and cross-cultural management of programs and initiatives with ability to understand and drive impact both locally and globally. Analytical mentality with the ability to use data from multiple sources to glean collective insights, derive conclusions and make recommendations. Exceptional ability to build and tell powerful stories with slides and data. Proven ability to drive, execute and managing large and complex cross-functional projects and plans. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence without authority. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, HR professionals, and external partners. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. End to end thinker with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable bodies of work. Experience working with cross-functional partners in ES, compliance, legal, finance, communications. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and evaluate the current state of mental health in the Organization with internal and external trends and insights. Establish key metrics to develop a mental wellbeing dashboard that will bring together disparate data resources and help us identify gaps as well as general trends in the Organization
- Demonstrate expertise and experience in Organizational mental health by updating our current strategy with impactful, relevant and achievable solutions that can drive clear and measurable outcomes to employees and the Business. Provide the go-forward strategic plan to support and prevent poor employee mental health
- Work with our International Benefits teams, relevant stakeholders and business units to move the needle and close the gaps on our Mental Health Essential Standards
- Work with our International Benefits teams, relevant stakeholders and business units to develop regional/country specific mental health initiatives, particularly in India and Mexico, that is based on deep listening and understanding of local nuances, needs and expectations
- Manage strategic vendor partners by holding them accountable to SLAs while balancing innovative thinking to keep Salesforce a key leader in mental health support
