What You’ll Do:

Infinity Labs is seeking a Senior Capture Manager and leader to focus on corporate growth and capture initiatives. This position is aligned under the Chief Strategy Officer and supports multiple matrixed Divisions and their respective portfolios. The Capture Manager is responsible for directing and managing pursuits, assuming primary ownership and accountability for the proposed solution maturation through the Corporate Business Development and Capture Management Processes to include strategy development, competitive assessments, teaming and price-to-win strategies for compliant and compelling offer development and proposals. The individual performing in this position leads all Infinity growth and capture efforts for current, adjacent, and new customers.

Qualifications/What You’ll Bring:

  • 10 years of capture management or related business experience in Federal acquisitions.
  • Extensive knowledge, experience, and success in capture processes are required including a demonstrable understanding of all contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ - single or multiple award contracts, FFP, T&M, cost reimbursable, etc... is expected.
  • Ability to work and execute a quick reaction process for Proposals with 30-day response times and Task Order identification, customer engagement and Task Order proposal response.
  • Identify potential customers and develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels including market research, relationship building, data analysis/trends, and industry events/trade shows
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams constructively and interact at the highest levels of the corporate structure is a prerequisite.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Experience building teams and developing/layering a Statement of Work (SoW) aligned with solicitation objectives and technical criteria
  • Expertise within a federal market research tool is expected
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
  • Confidence and experience working, communicating, and presenting to senior executives in Federal and commercial sectors.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often multi-tasking environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, as necessary in support of the capture.


Nice to Haves:

  • Existing relationships and understanding of Government organizations in the Dayton, OH market
  • Certified Capture Manager (CCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications


Education/Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant business, technical, or professional field of study with 10 years of experience. Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
    • Preferred – Secret level or higher clearance
    • Acceptable – No current clearance but eligibility to obtain
Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to endure the rigors of travel associated with the position.
