The mission of this full-time position is to design, develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions within the organization. You will work closely with leadership to understand business requirements, customize, and configure Salesforce to meet those needs, and ensure the platform's optimal functionality. Using a technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, you will support the needs of the organization’s Salesforce development needs.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customize Salesforce platform to address specific business needs, including but not limited to: configuring objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Develop custom solutions using SOQL, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components Framework, and other Salesforce development tools to extend platform functionality and integrate with external systems.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage the deployment process, including migration of metadata and code between environments using Salesforce DX, Ant scripts, or other deployment tools.
  • Create technical documentation including design specifications, data mappings, and system architecture diagrams.
  • Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
  • Designed reports and dashboards to transform raw data into meaningful information to drive decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce solutions.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components Framework, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and sharing settings.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce’s server-side programing languages.
