We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our global team.
Our clients based in multiple global locations are expanding and we require a go getter with a wealth of recruiting experience to service the US and UK candidate market along with driving new business opportunities globally.
The team are small and close knit so culture fit is key, we will provide the tools for success for the right candidate who is driven to seeing the business expand.
Being a stand alone role, an autonomous nature is essential but guidance and management will be given. We are a great place to work if you are looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference to a high energy growing global business.
Key responsibilities
Driving candidate pipeline by actively headhunting suitable candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
Screening calls with candidates to obtain better understanding of their career prospects.
Client liaison and interview arrangements for successful candidates.
CRM management of candidates and clients with clear notes on pipeline and activity
Drive new business sales via sales navigator tool on LinkedIn.
Drive new business by proactively approaching leads in own network, following leads from active adverts across mainstream job boards and competitors to existing clientele by phone, email and LinkedIn tools.
A good team attitude and ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders in multiple global offices.
A proactive approach to all tasks and objectives to drive business success.
