Project Manager

Blue Frog is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, executing, and monitoring of client projects on a day-to-day basis. As a project manager, you will need to communicate with clients directly and then internal teams to ensure all tasks necessary for project success are assigned and completed on-time and approved by the client. The Project Manager will be a key part of the client consulting team at Blue Frog, working closely with all internal teams to execute effective delivery for each client. To ensure success as a project manager at Blue Frog, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills, make sure projects meet their deadlines, and be accountable to project stakeholders for ensuring success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to internal teams best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for internal teams when multiple resources are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with clients and the business consultant to keep the project aligned with the overarching goals
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular status reports
• Performing quality control on projects throughout delivery to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs for the project or priorities for the client change
