A Day in the Life of the Program Coordinator
Our Program Coordinators work with a caseload of STAR individuals and are the point person between families and the state agencies to ensure that programs and goals for our individuals are being followed and implemented appropriately. You would also be tasked with discovering the needs and interests of your assigned individuals and placing them in appropriate activities to give them a meaningful and enriching experience.
You would be part of a committed team of direct support staff, managers, behaviorists and families all devoted to providing the best opportunities for the individual served while recognizing the needs and wants of that individual is the primary focus. Your work would be instrumental in providing meaningful experiences for the individuals served.
Qualifications For The Job
Bachelor's degree
Two-years of experience working in a group home/residential or similar setting
Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
Positivity and a team-player attitude
Schedule
Full Time. Monday-Friday 40 hours a week.
