Pediatric Behavioral Health Project Manager - Remote | WFH

Join a dynamic team as a Pediatric Behavioral Health Project Manager with a renowned organization. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead initiatives in pediatric behavioral health, project management, grant management, and training within a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Pediatric Mental Health Collaborative grant in collaboration with the Office of Children's Medical Services (CMS), overseeing evaluations, surveys, and tracking.

Support CMS in Behavioral Health communication, marketing projects, outreach, clinical expansion services, and quality improvement efforts.

Coordinate logistics for the annual Behavioral Health Conference or Summit, including agenda preparation, speaker coordination, and participant engagement.

Assist in Behavioral Health Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation pilots to evaluate program compliance with the Florida Pediatric Behavioral Health Collaborative Network.

Contribute to State Health Improvement Planning (SHIP) activities focused on sustainability in behavioral health.

Research funding opportunities for Behavioral Health grants and support the writing of grant applications and related documents.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project management documentation, including project plans, task lists, risk assessments, and governance documents.

Monitor project deliverables, update project plans with current task statuses, and generate progress reports using tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, or Excel.

Prepare and manage project documents and reporting materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software.

Conduct and facilitate status meetings, project team meetings, and stakeholder engagements through various communication channels.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in pediatric behavioral health services or pediatric systems of care.

Extensive background (minimum 10 years) in project management, delivering projects on schedule, and developing detailed project documentation for executive review.

Proven track record (minimum 10 years) in grant development and management.

Experience (minimum 10 years) presenting and training diverse professionals including social workers, nurses, physicians, and other medical professionals.

Expertise (minimum 10 years) in change management procedures.

Strong proficiency (minimum 10 years) in managing both local and virtual teams.

Demonstrated success (minimum 10 years) in managing and facilitating external stakeholder groups.
