Are you a payroll professional looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving team at a prestigious professional services firm?
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to oversee the timely and accurate processing of all domestic, international, and partner payrolls for one of our clients.
Payroll Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of US & International Payroll Specialists, processing a 2,000 employee payroll.
- Provide primary back-up coverage for all supervised payroll positions, personally performing payroll processing when needed.
- Review, audit, and approve payrolls, funding requests, and routine payroll tasks, ensuring adequate separation of duties and financial controls.
- Train, manage, and evaluate staff, fostering a high-performing team environment.
Payroll Manager - Qualifications:
- Over 5 years' experience in payroll.
- Professional payroll certification (e.g. CPP).
- Degree educated.
- Workday payroll experience preferred.
- Professional services experience preferred.
