Position Summary

Vector Media is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Manager to join our operations team. The Process Manager will report to the Senior Director of Transit Operations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency enhancement. This role will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and improving all department processes to increase productivity and operational efficiency. The Process Manager will work closely with internal teams, business partners, and subcontractors to ensure streamlined operations and optimal performance. This position will require regular travel and occasional work on nights and weekends.

Pay Range Details: $70,000- $80,000

The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong process management skills and 3 years of experience in process/workflow improvement or a related field
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize operational processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Open-mindedness for tackling challenges
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Sense of urgency and standard to all day-to-day tasks
  • High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information
  • Familiarity with advertising production processes, including large format printing and installation, is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred

What You’ll Do:

  • Review, analyze, and improve department processes to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies across the department
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aware of their roles, understand their responsibilities, and follow through on operational tasks
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors
  • Develop and maintain operational timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
  • Oversee the quality of operational deliverables, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations
  • Monitor operational budgets, ensuring activities are completed within financial constraints
  • Identify and address any issues or roadblocks promptly to keep operations on track
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on process improvement initiatives to stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, including schedules, notes, and progress reports
  • Work towards continuous improvement by recognizing opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices
