M&A Alliance International LLC, with a 35-year success story in the U.S., is expanding and seeks skilled individuals for critical sales roles. We are hiring M&A Managing Directors and Business Brokers to lead client sales initiatives. Offering a base salary of up to $200k plus commissions and bonus, candidates will manage and maintain two transactions, supported by a pool of 60 prospects and support personnel. Exceptional performance is rewarded with additional commissions, bonuses, and equity stakes, potentially leading to a total income exceeding $600k.

Responsibilities:

• Convert at least two prospects into engagements and lead them through the intricate

business sale process.

• Maintain a consistent portfolio of two client projects as Managing Director, with

leads provided.

• Take charge of all facets of transaction execution, steering deals from inception

to closure.

• Assist in negotiating and finalizing ongoing engagements.

• Provide strategic deal management direction and coaching for team service members.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of closing experience providing sell-side brokerage

services as a Managing Director or Broker.

• Demonstrated expertise in sell-side M&A, adept at navigating transactions

ranging from $5mm to $500mm in company sales.

• Limited travel requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hubspot is a prerequisite.
