Fabricating high-quality portion-controlled meats for the foodservice industry.
Duties
Fabricating steaks, roasts, and chops up to the company and industry standards.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with health, sanitation, and legal regulations.
Hours
We work Monday through Saturday, (approximately) 5am to 1pm during summer months and (approximately) 5am to 3pm during "season" (November through May).
Compensation
Pay for this job is based on experience, and is negotiable. Hours are plentiful, and overtime is readily available in season.
Qualifications
Some experience is preferred, preferably in the foodservice processing business, but retail butchery or culinary experience may suffice.
On-the-job training is available if full experience is lacking. We are willing to train employees who are hard-working with less experience.
Prompt, daily attendance, combined with a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift boxes up to 80lbs.
Military experience is a big plus
