Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and construction teams to identify, track, and manage preservation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular inspections on related equipment and audits to verify compliance with preservation requirements and identify potential risks or issues.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address instrumentation preservation deficiencies, mitigate risks, and optimize asset reliability.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team, subcontractors, and vendors on preservation techniques, materials, and technologies about instrumentation and control best practices.
Collaborate with vendors and regulatory authorities to address preservation-related concerns, inquiries, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor preservation performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Track and distribute equipment to contractors as needed
Requirements
5 years of experience in preservation management, asset management, or related field within the energy, resources, or process industries.
5 years of experience managing instrumentation and controls equipment.
Experience in interpreting electrical, instrumentation and controls installation plans, single line diagrams, block diagrams, loop diagrams, engineered construction drawings, technical specifications and engineering details and designs
Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
