Job Description

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and construction teams to identify, track, and manage preservation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular inspections on related equipment and audits to verify compliance with preservation requirements and identify potential risks or issues.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address instrumentation preservation deficiencies, mitigate risks, and optimize asset reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team, subcontractors, and vendors on preservation techniques, materials, and technologies about instrumentation and control best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and regulatory authorities to address preservation-related concerns, inquiries, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor preservation performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Track and distribute equipment to contractors as needed
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in preservation management, asset management, or related field within the energy, resources, or process industries.
• 5 years of experience managing instrumentation and controls equipment.
• Experience in interpreting electrical, instrumentation and controls installation plans, single line diagrams, block diagrams, loop diagrams, engineered construction drawings, technical specifications and engineering details and designs
• Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
• Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
