  • LMS Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS support, maintaining the training mailbox with timely and accurate responses to address user issues and queries, conducting system maintenance, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Administrative Excellence: Oversee administrative tasks related to L&D initiatives, including scheduling, participant management, and maintaining learning resources.
  • Program Evaluation: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics, adjusting as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Trainer Support: Support our regional corporate and field trainers with scheduling, delivering, and certifying all training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery and comprehensive tracking of learner progress using the necessary LMS systems.
  • LMS Enhancements: Identify and implement strategies for LMS enhancements, streamline L&D administrative processes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay Informed: Stay ahead of trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new ideas and innovations into our programs.
