Community Medical Associates is seeking a Primary Care Provider, trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing an underserved population. Located just north of Boston, you will be centrally located to both the immersive cultures of the city as well as the tranquil outdoor lifestyle of the Lakes Region just north of Lawrence in New Hampshire. Primary Functions & Responsibilties:

Primary Care Physician - Spanish Speaking Strongly Preferred

• Beautiful Office located North of Boston - Outpatient Ambulatory Practice affiliated with Lawrence General Hospital
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained
• Office open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Office Visits 4 days/week, 1 full administrative day (may work from home on that day)
• Expectation of 18-20 completed appointments/day.
• Practice Call rotates among providers and averages 8 weeks/year.
• Salary: Starting at $230,000 (based on years of experience) plus up to 10% incentive bonus and up to 20% wRVU bonus
• Interested in and passionate about helping the underserved and uninsured
• Spanish speaking Strongly Preferred
• Four weeks/year vacation, 9 holidays, 1 week CME (plus expenses), sick time
• Full benefits package including CME and license reimbursement
