Implementation Specialist

Overview
As an Implementation Specialist, you will configure new client data in our payroll and HRIS systems, collaborating closely with the sales, training, and operations teams. Your role is crucial in delivering high-quality and precise implementations within the required timelines, and offering support to all team members and projects.
Responsibilities
- Utilize conversion programs or templates to import employee data into isolved.
- Accurately enter and verify all data.
- Identify and communicate client requirements effectively.
- Monitor and maintain implementation timelines.
- Record system issues in tracking systems.
- Conduct post-implementation client satisfaction checks.
- Suggest improvements for internal processes.
- Develop best practice procedures for new Implementation Specialists
Requirements
- Associate Degree or 5 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of HCM, Benefit, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CFM tools, Smart Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Excel skills
*** Pay: $50-55K Bonus Incentives, Benefits, 401K, Fitness Reimbursement, PTO and other company holidays (Compensation can vary depending on experience)
