Job title: Engagement Head


Objectives

  • Develop relationships within a large account at CxO level
  • Build and keep improving Jade brand
  • Alignment of Jade with the business objectives of the customer
  • Strengthen focus on Project/Program governance ensuring consistent, on time / on budget delivery as well as account growth



Top responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the team of delivery managers
  • Be the onshore point for Jade for the customer

  • Customer NPS, Booking, Revenue growth, Project Margin, Gross margin, ESAT


Job Roles & Responsibilities


Growth

  • Work in collaboration with Jade functions to grow the account
  • Review estimates for bids. Be part of defense team
  • Engage with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop understanding of their environment, synthesize findings, draw and presents conclusions.
  • Ability to think on alternate proposals, Define/understand client expectations.
  • Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence
  • Improve closing backlog every quarter


Delivery

  • Build rapport with the customer
  • Responsible for customer NPS
  • Serve as a customer escalation point
  • Understand the roadmap of the customer and requirements
  • Review all project work in accounts
  • Drive innovation within team
  • Value articulation to the customer
  • Work with teams in India and North America.
  • Work to groom CDM/SDMs within the account and develop/track IDPs for them
  • Be up to speed on trends and encourage teams within Jade
  • Work with internal functions within Jade to grow the account
  • Provide forecasts of impending ramp up or ramp down


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in delivery management and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of managed services and enterprise applications (Oracle/Salesforce/etc)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to switch between strategic and tactical hats.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proven expertise in working in an onshore-offshore model
  • Experience with Semi conductor industry is an advantage


Base location: Has to be Bay Area.
