THE ROLE: Ecommerce Analytics Lead

The Ecommerce Analytics Lead will play a vital part in driving insights and analysis to help grow the company’s ever flourishing online presence. This individual will have a focus on the impact around merchandising and marketing efforts to ultimately improve site performance. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities, implement changes, and measure the impact of our clients’ strategies. From promotional impact to traffic/channel adjustments, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and optimizing e-commerce execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research and analysis related to competitive landscape, market trends, and business development.
• Uncover insights and make recommendations based on this analysis and research.
• Distill complex marketing analysis into clear, simple presentations.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years’ experience holding an analytical, sales, business development, or business intelligence role
• Stakeholder interaction and presentation internally and externally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in Web Analytics (GA4 preferred)
• Proficient in Dashboarding Tools (Power BI or Tableau)
