Data Entry inputting most of the day. Copy all demographics such as name, address, phone number, diagnosis and services to be rendered from file into Excel. Must be quick but accurate. Flexible attitude to help copy, file and do relief reception for one hour on occasion. Good knowledge of word and Excel
