SALARY RANGE: $43,888 - $50,000 FLSA: EXEMPT

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: College Director, OTC Foundation

SCHEDULE DETAILS: Full-time/12-month position/PEERS

Position Summary

The OTC Foundation Data Coordinator is responsible for data management and analysis for the OTC Foundation’s donor database and related systems. This position plays a critical role in the effective recording and stewardship of fundraising activity at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC). This position focuses on managing development projects and integrating work, resources, and systems between the Foundation and the college. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a continuous drive for process improvement.



Essential Job Duties

  • CRM Management: Utilize and navigate the Foundation’s donor CRM database (Blackbaud NXT), and regularly interact with other platforms including the student information system (Colleague), CRM (Salesforce), and award management system (Blackbaud Award Management).
  • Coordinate Development Projects: Prepare and execute development projects across various departments and workflows. Coordinate, track, and manage workflows for development staff through NXT.
  • Documentation and Communication: Standardize documentation and communication materials to streamline development projects. Ensure efficient coordination through various channels, maintaining clear and consistent information flow for all development projects.
  • Administrative oversight: This position is responsible to monitor all foundation mail, invoicing, and other relevant needs to the development program
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and leverage opportunities to implement current enterprise technology and best practices, serving as the lead for cross-training and workflow development to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Gift Entry: Responsible for gift entry and correspondence across the foundation’s relationship portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including attending college functions, serving on committees and attending community events.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple technology platforms.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, with an understanding of generative AI and other common automated software integrations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information across various departments and platforms.
  • Highly adept at problem-solving and critical thinking, with a proven ability to troubleshoot system-related issues.

Preferred Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • 2 years’ experience with Blackbaud NXT, Colleague, Salesforce, and/or DocuSign.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing activities across multiple systems in a project management context, especially within a foundation or educational setting.
  • Experience in basic accounting, payment, and procurement processes.

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting with frequent interruptions and distractions. Requires extended periods of time viewing computer monitor or standing; may require adjustment of schedule to include some evening and/or weekends; may encounter occasional exposure to inclement weather during travel.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.
