This is an in office position is located at in our Company Headquarters

6400 S. 27th Street Oak Creek, WI 53154

  • Responsible for the management of the Bank’s Analytics Data Environment.
  • Manages the ETL and Data Integration of Disparate Data Sources.
  • Leverages Technology to Automate Business Processes.
  • Mentors and develops a team of Analysts on Data Visualization, Data Architecture, and Data Querying Best Practices.
  • Partners closely with Marketing, Product Strategy, Retail, Lending, HR, Finance, Operations and Executive department stakeholders.
  • Develops Data Integration Strategy between new 3rd party applications and the Bank’s Core Data Systems.
  • Assists in the development of A.I and Machine Learning best practices for new business use cases and practical applications for the Bank.
  • Troubleshoots Data Integration, Data Integrity, and Data Quality issues using tools including Alteryx and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Continuously provides education to Executive and Department Stakeholders on the value of leveraging data and developing a data-driven culture.
  • Partners closely with IT on new technologies, enhancements of systems, and evaluating industry trends in Data Analytics.
  • Partners with the SVP – Data Analytics to execute the Bank’s Data Analytics Strategy
  • Continuously uncovers opportunities to leverage data to improve the Bank’s Core Competencies and Drive Profitability.
  • Manages Marketing and Product Strategy projects involving the measurement of Marketing, Product and Sales Campaign effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree or other four-year degree is preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving/analysis skills.
  • 5 years of experience working Databases such as SQL, Oracle or Similar.
  • 3 years of experience working with SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of developing SQL Query’s.
  • Strong understanding of Data Architecture.
  • Experience developing in a Data Visualization Software (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Experience developing statistical models.
  • Previous working experience in the Financial or related industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-paced environment.
