City Administrator - Troy, Missouri

Reporting to the Mayor, the City Administrator serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and will assume overarching responsibility for the administration and management of government affairs, city officers, and employees. Under the guidance and oversight of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, the City Administrator will be entrusted with overseeing all real and personal property owned by the City of Troy, and will possess the authority to establish administrative policies. Additionally, the newly appointed administrator will possess the authority to conduct investigations, examinations, or inquiries into any aspect of city departments, providing comprehensive reports upon request by the Board of Aldermen.
