To direct the operations of a small, remote Credit Union facility (usually 1 to 3 people), ensuring the branch meets the organization financial, Lending and operational goals.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Underwrite Consumer Loans
Open/Close Branch
Lead and Motivate Staff
Prepare Branch Reports
Represent the Credit Union professionally in its relationships with members, sponsors organization(s) and suppliers
Assist Members:
Performs Teller Transactions
Open New Accounts
Member Disputes/Complaints
Notary Service
Cross-Sell Credit Union products and services
Knowledge and Skills:
Two to five years of similar or related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
