Senior Project Manager (Real Estate)

Propsource Consulting are working with a well-known worldwide multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently seeking a Senior/Associate Project Manager to join the team in their Manchester or Leeds office.

Working closely alongside directors and other team members, you will be providing professional advice to clients across a range of multi-discipline commercial projects.

As a Project Manager you will lead on the following:

• Managing construction projects from inception, including development planning, budgeting and contractor procurement, through to completion of the construction phase
• Managing tasks and deliverables alongside the client and wider project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects
• Assist in managing the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic key performance indicators (KPI’s)
• Ensuring the project complies with applicable statutory and regulatory legislation
• Health Safety compliance
• Risk management
• Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed quality standards ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• MRICS desired but not essential
• Previous commercial Real Estate Project Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Can come from a Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying background
• Strong leadership and commercial skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
