Sunday Riley is looking for an experienced National Account Executive to join our growing global team. The NAE is a vital and intrinsic role in our team as they closely support the Senior National Account Managers and our retail partners to achieve our ambitious national growth plans. In this role, you will work across all key accounts and ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.


The ideal candidate has forward-thinking mindset which allows to push boundaries and build game changing cross functional relationships; proven experience working in a similar role, will be highly numerate; target-driven, retail sales savvy, keen to find creative solutions to challenges and passionate about working in the beauty industry.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for providing data analysis on performance, creating and executing Business Plans with all retailer partners, and working cross functionally both internally and externally to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure a top line understanding of retail sales, including sell in and sell through.
  • Assist in the management of category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic need.
  • Supporting and managing the activation plans by retailers, including spend & ROI tracking.
  • Analysis and reporting of performance on weekly basis of brands performance as well as competitors, user behaviour and trends, identifying opportunities and successfully communicating to the business.
  • Display agility to react to retail trends and maximise opportunities across retailers.
  • Support on all online and retail sales forecasting for all partners, meeting all financial deadlines, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner.
  • Build strong working relationships with Retail team, utilising insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of their sales, events and merchandising plans to ensure a cohesive but tailored approach with designated retailer partners.
  • Ensure that all planned activities are executed at best-in-class standard across all key doors flagging any risks or further opportunities to maximise sales to the wider team.
  • Build strong working relationships with the Field team, utilising their insight from the field in the development and execution of the trading plans.
  • Support the sales team working closely with the Field, Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising and National Account Managers to ensure consistency and excellence in visual presence both online and in our physical environments highlighting issues and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly account business recaps and monthly reporting detailing and analysing sell-thru by SKU, ranking, productivity, stock & sales and competitive analysis.
  • Execution and tracking of NPD launches both with the customer and internal reporting.
  • Support National Account Managers in commercial negotiations, financial calculations, and reports for the division.

  • Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly.
  • Passionate for both Ecommerce and physical retail - the latest trends and the future of the landscape.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • A commercial and marketing mind to integrate multiple functions in both the e-commerce and physical landscape
  • Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong attention to detail.
