Imaging IT Support Officer

The Imaging department within UHL is currently implementing and upgrading IT systems and an Imaging IT Support Officer is required to help underpin the team’s resource response. The role will work primarily with Imaging IT colleagues in providing first and second line technical support. The scope of support will extend to all Imaging applications.

The role will work primarily with Imaging IT colleagues and Imaging clinical and admin staff in providing first and second line technical support. The scope of support will extend to RIS, PACS and all other systems used in an Imaging environment.

Maintaining our Business as Usual (BAU) response will be a core element of the role taking a lead in performance monitoring of the PACS system and associated interfaces. Triaging Imaging IT Work requests and overseeing the Imaging IT Support mailbox is a core feature of the role.

This role will provide a consistent and high-quality IT support service across the whole of UHL
