A brilliant opportunity has risen for an HR Administrator to join a supportive and growing financial services company based in the West End, London, on a permanent basis.


We require an HR Administrative Assistant to join a collaborative and friendly HR team who provide first class service to a busy organisation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR Admin role, an interest and understanding of systems and data, and be approachable, friendly and used to working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.


Duties will include:


  • Managing the employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Responding to ad hoc reporting requests
  • Managing the HR inbox; working with the HR Manager on monitoring and responding to queries
  • Working with the HR Manager to ensure the Benefits offering is competitive and provide efficient administration around all aspects of the benefits systems and processes
  • Ensuring the HR system is kept updated with new joiners, leavers, current employee data
  • Ensuring the Appraisal system is kept updated and working with the HR Team to manage the administration aspects of Year-End and Appraisal Process
  • Keeping track of sponsorship requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to GDPR and Compliance requirements
  • Drafting communication emails, i.e. monthly employee updates
  • Any other administrative duties as requested by the HR Team


Person Specification:


  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and prioritise own workload, as well as being on hand to support other members of the HR team where needed
  • Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with high volumes of administrative tasks
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and procedures with ease
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, being able to understand what is needed and how to deliver
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities whilst ensuring accurate output and delivering against deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and an interest in utilising new technologies to enhance processes

This is an office based role initially, with the view to being more flexible after successful probation.

  • Monday to Friday 0900 – 1800 (however, at times, you may be required to work outside these hours)
  • 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

  • Salary between £30,000-£50,000 per annum (DOE).
