About the Role:

The CEO (UK) will be responsible for implementing the company's vision and strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading the overall direction of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior management positions and a deep understanding of business operations and leadership principles in the IT services and consulting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's strategy in alignment with the board's vision and goals
• Lead and motivate a high-performance management team
• Ensure the company's financial performance is on track with targets and budgets
• Drive operational efficiency and productivity throughout the organization
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of strategic partnerships
• Provide leadership in developing and maintaining a positive and productive company culture
• Manage top-level relationships with key stakeholders and customers
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the IT services and consulting industry and at least 6-10 years at leadership level.
