Talent Acquisition Specialist for a US based company ( Remote )

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role will also include elements of Human Resources, such as onboarding, employee relations, compliance with HR policies/procedures, and benefits package renewals. We aim to recruit and onboard 20-30 sales professionals per year, with an additional 15-20 placements in our installation, Project Management, Admin, and Service departments


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
  • The majority of our recruitment happens through paid advertisements on Indeed. The TA specialist should be well-versed in Indeed and understand how to optimize ad budgets and create multiple requirement campaigns
  • Human Resources
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs
  • Understand and manage employee benefits packages, including renewals and modifications, to ensure competitive and comprehensive offerings
  • Employer Branding
  • Promote the company's culture and values to attract potential candidates
  • Participate in virtual job fairs, career events, and other networking activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee benefits management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems Indeed, (ATS) and HRIS
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
