Job Responsibility
- Understand the characteristics of hardware products, and provide technical guidance and usage advice based on customer requirements.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Process customer orders, track order progress, ensure timely delivery and collect payments.
- Provide good after sales service by regularly visit existing customers to maintain good rapport.
- Develop new customers, expand into new markets, and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors' situations, and monitor changes in customer needs.
- Record and analyze sales data, and regularly submit sales reports to superiors.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented will be considered first
- Possessed own transport with valid driving license.
- Must be willing to travel most of the time to visit customers.
- Attractive commission scheme.
- Petrol Card provided by the company.
