Display Development Leader (Maranello)

In order to strengthen our engineering team, we are looking to hire a Display Development Leader based in Maranello (Italy). You will be responsible for Display and Head Up Display (HUD) for whole Ferrari portfolio, from preliminary requirements, development and the full life-cycle management.

In more detail, you will be responsible for

• Product card and component card definition, and the technical specifications (hardware and software)
• Supplier management and component development management, as well as the Design validation
• Approvals test and documentation management
• Support for mechanical and electronic integration on the car project
• Budget management and activities planning
• Performance and quality targets,
• As well as Internal and external resources management for releated activities

Role requirements

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Electronic, Optoelectronic, Meccatronic Engineering or equivalent.

You should ideally have gained at least 3 years’ dedicated experience in Display (HUD) field and in automotive components development. Knowledge in Display and Head Up Display technologies is required for the role.

Excellent knowledge on CAN network, basic mechanic, low voltage automotive components, Canalyzer and Linalyzer is required to manage the activities.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibility of the role. It is important to be proactive proposing new solutions to optimize all the processes and activities.

Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage. We appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
