We are expanding the Corporate HR and Organization team in Milan and we are looking for a:

CORPORATE HR GENERALIST

As CORPORATE HR GENERALIST, your main tasks will include:

• Collaborate with the subsidiaries and the local HR manager and HR team to ensure alignment with Corporate HR strategies, objectives and policies, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular visits to subsidiaries to assess HR needs and provide on-site support.
• Work as a link between Corporate and local subsidiaries, facilitating the interaction between them on the different HR projects.
• Lead and support organizational and development initiatives and projects aimed at improving efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Work together with the local team to build an efficient total reward strategy, granting internal and external equity and competitiveness.
• Support the team in developing and implementing performance management systems to track and enhance employee performance.
• Being accountable for the HR Analytics monitoring and reporting process.
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Work with the local teams to design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Drive initiatives focused on talent acquisition, retention, career and succession planning and on internal communication.

We are looking for graduates in Economics, Humanities and Business studies with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role in a multinational company and with a strong passion for HR topics.

The ideal candidate for this position:

1. Is proficient in both English, Italian and, preferably, another foreign language
2. Is familiar with HR HCM Systems. The knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus
3. Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
4. Has strong organizational and interpersonal skills when managing multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholders
5. Is a good team player which stands out for his/her flexibility and proactivity
