As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and selecting top talent in the construction and design industry. With a focus on candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build a team of professionals who will contribute to our continued success.


Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in engineering services industry.
  • Sourcing new talent from multiple platforms
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit required for the company.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Offer Negotiation: Work with hiring managers to extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors in human resources, Business Management, or a related field and/or Master's in HRM
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of hiring professionals in the design industry.
  • You should have previous recruitment experience and demonstrate the ability to cope with multiple work tasks whilst building strong relationships within the team and across the business.
  • Previous administration experience in Consulting Engineering or similar environment (preferred)
  • Understanding of Recruitment best practices and processes
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
