As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and selecting top talent in the construction and design industry. With a focus on candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build a team of professionals who will contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in engineering services industry.
Sourcing new talent from multiple platforms
Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit required for the company.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
Offer Negotiation: Work with hiring managers to extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications
Bachelors in human resources, Business Management, or a related field and/or Master's in HRM
5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of hiring professionals in the design industry.
You should have previous recruitment experience and demonstrate the ability to cope with multiple work tasks whilst building strong relationships within the team and across the business.
Previous administration experience in Consulting Engineering or similar environment (preferred)
Understanding of Recruitment best practices and processes
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
