SAP Basis
Experience - 7 to 15 Years of L2 and L3 in core SAP Basis technology
Location - Navi Mumbai
Education - BE/BTech/MCA
Responsible for SAP Basis monitoring, Alerts & Incidents L2 and L3
Should have good knowledge of both SAP ABAP & J2EE environments including their architecture, internals and tuning areas
Should be familiar in applying support packs in both ABAP and J2EE environments using SUM tool
Should be having experience in installation and Heterogenous /Homogenous migration of SAP ABAP/J2EE using SWPM (preferred), Experience in Distributed environment is preferred
Should be highly conversant is performance tuning and end to end troubleshooting and creating RCA
Should have worked in Unix (must) and Windows environment
Shall be responsible to monitor / resolve SAP Alerts, & Incidents & tasks Assigned within the assigned SLA's and KIP's set
Knowledge of Workflows and queue management is a must
Perform all basis tasks and should be able to monitor and keep the SAP systems in a healthy stage within given SLA's & KPI
Should be able to work in SLA based ticketing environment
Should be able to mentor and guide a team of L1 resources for service delivery and ability to work as a team
Configuration of SAP solution manager 7.2 for alerts (preferred)
Good attitude, commitment and communication skills
Preparation of run books and SOPs
Should be ready to work in 24x7 Support environments
