The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Development activities aligned to organizational objectives. This candidate should have go-getter attitude by working closely with management and establish ways to increase employee engagement.


Responsibilities


  • Work with key business stakeholders within the BU & Delivery Center (DC) to define talent related needs and support in driving key people strategy programs.
  • Workforce Planning, Budgeting and Implementation of the plan with periodic reviews.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding of resources for the strategic business unit.
  • Partner with BU management leaders to monitor ongoing hiring needs and drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities within the BU & Delivery Center.
  • Act as the culture partner within the BU and Delivery Center to drive practices from onboarding to offboarding and reinforce positive cultural operating models that help talent better assimilate the Culture.
  • Work closely with International HR for smooth overseas deployment and transition of resources. Support in deployment of Induction program for overseas deployments.
  • Champion the cause of employee experience for the BU, support the development of tools, programs, and metrics that enhance Employee Engagement.
  • Drive Employee Engagement / Pulse Survey / ICSS participation and support in effective communication of results. Drive Action planning with the Business and HR Centers of Excellence, to address areas of concern emerging from the study.
  • Ensure compliance with Communication matrix and effectively plan and conduct periodic communication forums for BU employees.
  • Support implementation and management of recognition programs across the BU & DC.
  • Partner with line management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Work closely with line management to drive key training and performance management initiatives, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to analyze employee feedback across life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding of employees in the BU. Drive action planning and implementation of employee retention programs.
  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Drive talent analytics in the BU & DC through tracking, reporting and statistical analysis of key people metrics and make recommendations for future improvements, based on analysis of data.
  • Act as custodian of HR policy within the BU and provide guidance & interpretation to employees as appropriate. Work closely with business stakeholders to address employee relations issues/grievances.
  • Actively participate in design and deployment of Corporate initiatives in Talent Management, CSR and Ethics on project basis.
  • Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company


Qualifications


  • MBA/Equivalent masters with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field.
  • 15 - 25 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
