CTC Bracket- 12- 15 LPA
- City Manager - is a people management role with a team size of 10-12 Team Leads.
- City Manager is responsible to build & train the team and drive sales and business development for the assigned cities
- Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for long run
- Make sure to be on the field with the team and lead it from the front for acquisition, retention and other Products
- City Manager needs to be an MBA with at least 6 to 8 years of overall experience of which at least 5 years of team management role
- Good Team leader with a proven track record
- Should be competitive and confident
- Should have the zeal to achieve daily targets.
- Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional Language.
- Should be flexible to travel
- Good communication skills
- Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis

- Training & Operationalization
