Industrial Director

At Wyser, we are looking for a Industrial director based in the city of Madrid for a company specialized in Food & Beverages

Reporting to the Operations and Supply Chain Director, the Industrial Director will ensure safety, quality, service, and cost compliance across all production sites. This role involves defining and implementing the production strategy, managing resources, equipment, investments, and processes.

Strategy and Policies:

• Contribute to business strategy and develop mid-term policies for the Business Unit.
• Implement policies and controls in Safety, Quality, Compliance, Environment, and Production.
  
  

Planning and Execution:

• Formulate and manage the annual plan and budget.
• Develop and apply standard operating procedures (SOP) across operations.
• Align company capacity with demand and address gaps.
  
  

Leadership and People Management:

• Set objectives, review performance, and provide feedback.
• Manage and motivate a team, developing talent and succession plans.
• Create incentive plans to drive performance in Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.
  
  

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide insights through regular reports and analyses.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend efficiency improvements.
  
  

Investment Planning:

• Develop and execute investment plans for the next 3-5 years.
• Control Opex and production costs, addressing deviations.
  
  

Quality, HSE, and Environmental Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Implement processes and tools to meet Quality and Safety requirements.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Lead improvements in systems and processes.
• Sponsor MyWorkplace, Operational Excellence, and Lean programs.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10 years in manufacturing management roles.
• Experience in transforming industrial environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
