Investment Analyst (f/m/d) Clean Energy EMEA

Your Responsibilities

• Assess structured project finance debt transactions on an international level
• Prepare Investment Committee decisions
• Build and assess complex financial models
• Support discussions and negotiations with potential investment targets
• Preparation and monitoring of investment limitations, distribution calculations, NAV calculations, the plausibility of valuation results etc.
• Support the team at all stages of complex fund investments/project financings (from early term sheet negotiations until full execution)
• Liaise with different departments and internal stakeholders
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Accomplished bachelor or master degree (business administration, economics, finance or similar)
• Min. 2-3 yrs work experience in Structured Finance /Debt Capital Markets/ Financial Engineering / M&A Advisory / IPPs or Infra PE preferably in renewable energy/ infrastructure investments
• Preferrable (Senior) Associate level with experiences in investment and/or fund management
• Good Knowledge in the field of project financing, complex financings and/or private placements
• Good financial model skills specifically with Excel, VBA and Python are considered beneficial
• Ability to analyze and solve non-routine problems in a timely and insightful manner
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills are required (German and any other language is considered beneficial)
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in an international environment
